Esther took on all the tasks that were asked of her and completed them to a professional standard. She asked questions when necessary and showed a genuine curiosity to learn about the work of a charity and the people we help. She was happy to work independently and completed all tasks given to her. She updated me each day on what she was doing and the status of the project.
Esther was very friendly and got to know quite a few people in the organisation in a very short space of time.
I’m sure she will be successful in whatever she chooses to do next.
